We're having a baby this month! YIKES! :)
Freezer cooking is officially done, although the freezer purging continues. I picked up a
Groupon for a
local meal prep service, so will be picking up four meals, a couple sides and some cookie dough next week, and that will fill the freezer to capacity. Yay! Mission (almost) accomplished!
I skipped a few things on last week's menu. Sadly, the commuting got in the way of the cooking this past week.
